Common questions

I am not flexible at all. Can I still come?

Yes. That is exactly who the class is for. Every stretch has easier options.

Will stretching fix my back pain?

It can help with pain from general tightness. If you have ongoing or sharp pain, see one of our physiotherapists first so we can find the cause.

Can I combine it with other classes?

Yes. Many people do Stretching alongside a strength class during the week.
