We accept all private health funds. Bring your health fund card and we claim your rebate at the end of each appointment using HICAPS, so you only pay the gap.
How much you get back depends on your fund, your level of extras cover and how much of your yearly limit you have already used.
What is usually covered
- Physiotherapy on most extras policies
- Exercise physiology on many extras policies
- Remedial massage on many extras policies
- Exercise classes with some funds, depending on your cover
To check your cover, call your fund and ask about rebates for physiotherapy (item 500 for an initial consultation and 505 for a follow-up). Reception can also help.
Health fund rebates for a pass can only be claimed once all the sessions in the pass have been used. See our terms.
Common questions
Do I need my card?
Yes, please bring your physical card or a digital card your fund supports.
What if the HICAPS system is down?
You pay the full fee on the day and claim the rebate from your fund later. We give you a receipt to do this.
Do I need a referral to claim?
No. Private health funds do not need a referral.
