Exercise classes

Small groups, proper supervision

Every class is run by a physiotherapist or an accredited exercise physiologist, and classes are capped at 8 people, so you are never left guessing whether you are doing it right.

Classes suit seniors and people with injuries, pain, long-term health conditions, balance problems or muscle weakness. Every exercise has easier and harder options.

Before your first class you have a one-to-one class assessment, so we understand your goals and any injuries and can put you in the right group.
