Common questions
Do I need a referral?
No. Private patients can book straight in. You only need a referral from your GP if you are using a Medicare care plan.
How long is the first appointment?
Your first physiotherapy appointment is 60 minutes, so there is time for a proper assessment and treatment on the day. Follow-up appointments are 30 minutes.
Can I claim on my private health insurance?
Yes. We accept all private health funds and you can claim on the spot, so you only pay the gap. How much you get back depends on your fund and level of cover.
Where are you?
Suite 2, 69 Eyre Street, North Ward, Townsville. There is free parking on both sides of Eyre Street and an accessible parking bay right outside.
